These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tradeora mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by [Your Company / Legal Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Tradeora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

2. Not Financial Advice

Tradeora is a discipline, journaling, and habit-tracking tool for traders. Nothing in the App — including AI-generated summaries, quotes, badges, or discipline scores — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting outcomes.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the journal entries, notes, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you and, where applicable, to other users you've chosen to share it with (e.g. squads, leaderboards).

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including via the in-app report and block tools.

5. Squads & Social Features

Squads, leaderboards, and friend features involve sharing certain activity (e.g. streaks, discipline scores) with other users you connect with. You can leave a squad, block another user, or make your profile private at any time.

6. Subscriptions

Tradeora may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed entirely through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies, not by us directly.

7. Acceptable Use

• No impersonating another person or entity
• No attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App
• No using the App for any unlawful purpose
• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of the App will improve your trading results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
